Splatterdash Art

The pique rib stitch is a variation on the rib stitch, where each vertical rib is interrupted by a purl ridge at regular intervals.

So far we have been knitting and purling entire rows to create patterns and textures. We can create even more textures when we mix knitting

This stitch is called reverse rib because the “ribs” lie horizontally to the cast on edge.
