Shipping Policy
How It Works
If you are a fellow Canadian, your shipping is free of charge! It is usually very expensive to get things sent here, and we all could use a break.
Shipping prices to the USA and other countries are based on Canada Post's rates.
All shipments will have a tracking number, which you will be provided. If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please contact me. Include the invoice number of your purchase and tracking number so I can help you get your art as quickly as possible.
Any order over $50 will automatically require the recipient's signature on delivery.
Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products. It is your responsibility to fully read the product description before purchase to make sure that it is what you want. If you have questions about the product that are not covered in the product's description or technical details, please email me. I am happy to clarify.
If your product is damaged in shipping, email me with a picture of the damaged product and include your invoice number. After confirming the damage, I will send you a replacement product free of charge.

The art, blog posts, and knitting patterns on this website are a labour of love. As the artist, all of my work is my Intellectual Property. You are welcome to use my art and products for personal use and educational purposes under the Fair Use Act. You may not make money off of my work.
Some of my artwork, such as my colouring pages, is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International. Work with this licensing can be played with, built on, and shared as long as you give me credit and do not make money from it. Artwork with Creative Commons Licensing will be clearly indicated. All other works are my sole Intellectual Property and may not be modified or distributed.
If you are uncertain if your use of my work falls under Fair Use or Creative Commons, please email me and ask. I think art is best when collaborative and I'd love to have a conversation about your art!
If you submit art to be shared on the community projects page, thank you! I'm always so thrilled to see what people make with my knitting patterns, colouring pages, and other art. By submitting your art to be shared, you agree to allow me to use your photography for promotional purposes. Attribution, while likely, is not guaranteed.
